  • Using a Skyvac gutter vacuum, together with extension poles and a camera, enables us to reach over conservatories and extensions, and makes our process safe as we don’t need ladders, allowing us to get your gutters clean, safely!
  • We can reach up to four storey’s high. This means we can take care of all residential and commercial properties too.
  • First we use a camera to survey the gutters for problems before we start, then once cleaned, we check to make sure all blockages have been removed.
  • We then send you the pictures for your reference and peace of mind.

Q5 Helpful Gutter check list:

Here are some handy tips, that will help you spot existing visible problems.

  • Look at all of your guttering to see if you can spot any green vegetation (weeds/grasses etc.) growing out of the top of the gutters.
  • Look at the ground close to your outside walls to see if the ground is wet underneath any guttering.
  • Look at the walls of the property just below the guttering, and if you see any darker patches where the walls look wet, then this is usually an indicator of a gutter problem.
  • Is the guttering sagging? this can be a sign that the gutter is blocked with debris, and the extra weight of the blockage is causing the sagging.
  • Look at the down pipes for any evidence of water leaking from any of the joints in the pipe.

If all of the above checks are good, then you could still have problems with restricted flow in your gutters. If you can’t remember the last time they were cleared out then it’s time to get them checked!
